These terms

These terms are an agreement between you and BAK Private Limited (CIN U63999KA2023PTC181464), Bengaluru, India ("BAK", "we", "us"). They cover the Dress Style app and our website, bak.co.in, including the wallet page. Our Privacy Policy explains what data we use and why. By signing in to or using Dress Style, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

Who can use Dress Style

• You must be 18 or over, and able to make a binding contract under Indian law.
• One account is for one person. Don't share it, sell it or use someone else's.

Your account

• You sign in with your Google account. Keep it secure. You are responsible for what is done with your Dress Style account.
• Tell us at once at hr@bak.co.in if you think someone else has used it.
• You can delete your account at any time. See Delete your account.

Using Dress Style fairly

When you use Dress Style, you agree to these rules:

• Only your own photo, or one with consent. Use a photo of yourself, or of someone who has clearly agreed to it. Never use a photo of someone under 18.
• Nothing sexual or explicit. No nudity, no sexual content, and no attempts to get around the safety checks.
• No impersonation. Don't pretend to be someone else, and don't use AI pictures to deceive, harass, shame or defame anyone. Don't present an AI picture as a real photo to mislead people. Don't share an AI picture of another person without their agreement.
• Only photos you may use. Add clothing photos you took yourself or are allowed to use. Product photos belong to the shops; use them only to try the piece on for yourself.
• Nothing illegal or harmful. No hate, threats, or content that breaks Indian law.
• No misuse of the service. No bots, scraping, copying or reverse-engineering the app, overloading our service, or getting around its limits, checks or payments. No extra accounts, borrowed phones or emulators to collect free pictures or referral rewards.

Reporting. If an AI picture is offensive, sexual, harmful or not you, tap the flag (Report) on the result or on a saved AI look, and pick a reason. You can also write to hr@bak.co.in, even if you don't use Dress Style. We review every report.

Our service may refuse a photo, or hold back a picture, that breaks these rules; a picture held back is not charged. If you break these rules, we may remove free pictures or referral rewards, or suspend or close your account. We will tell you why, unless the law stops us.

Your photos

• Your photos stay yours.
• You allow BAK to use them only to run Dress Style for you, as the Privacy Policy describes: to check them, make your AI pictures, give you advice and review a picture you report.
• We don't use your photos to train AI models, and neither does Google Cloud.
• You are responsible for having the right to use the photos you add.

AI pictures and advice

• AI pictures are made by Google's AI models. They are a preview of how an outfit might look, not a promise. Fit, size, colour, fabric and drape can differ in real life.
• An AI picture can change details of your photo or of a piece, or come out wrong. The "Person kept" and colour scores measure the picture; the stylist's score is the AI's opinion. Neither is a promise of fit.
• Colour seasons, stylist reviews, festival advice and "Worth buying" ideas are suggestions only.
• Check the size chart and product details with the shop before you buy.
• AI pictures are for your own personal use, not for advertising or selling.

Shops, links and commission

• Dress Style is not a shop. We don't sell clothes, take orders, ship or handle returns. Anything you buy is between you and the shop, under the shop's terms.
• Prices, stock and sizes shown in the app are read from shop pages. They can be out of date. The shop's own page decides.
• A link to buy may carry an affiliate tag, or pass through an affiliate network. The shop or network may then pay BAK a small commission. The price you pay is the same.
• The app checks links for known dangers, but it cannot catch everything. We are not responsible for other websites.

Wallet, prices and free pictures

Prices

• An AI picture (Make it realistic) costs ₹15, however many pieces are in it (up to 10). The price is shown before you confirm.
• Clothing checks, colour readings, stylist reviews, festival advice and link checks are free.
• Prices are in Indian rupees and include any taxes that apply.
• We may change prices. A new price is shown before you confirm, and it never changes a picture you have already confirmed.

The wallet

• Money you add to your wallet is prepaid credit for AI pictures in Dress Style, and nothing else.
• It is not a bank account and earns no interest. It cannot be withdrawn, moved to another account or exchanged for cash, except as the refund policy says.
• Credit does not expire while your account is open.

Adding money

• Today you add money on our wallet page, bak.co.in/wallet, through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking or wallets).
• In the Google Play version of the app, when this is available, Google will show you a choice: pay with Google Play's billing, or with Razorpay.
• You can add ₹10, ₹50, ₹100 or ₹1,000, or any whole amount from ₹1 to ₹5,000. Through Google Play, only the fixed amounts.
• Money is added once the payment is confirmed. Razorpay's terms (or Google Play's) also apply to the payment itself.

Free pictures

• Each new account gets 1 free AI picture (a "free try" in the app), but only the first account on a phone. Another account made on the same phone gets none, even after the first one is deleted.
• Free pictures are used before your balance. They have no cash value.

Refer and earn

• Share your code with as many friends as you like.
• You get 1 free AI picture for each friend who enters your code on a new account, before their first picture, and then makes their first picture.
• You can earn up to 5 free pictures a week. Weeks start on Monday, India time. Friends after the fifth still count in your total, but earn no free picture that week.
• A friend can enter a code only once the app has confirmed which phone they are on, and you earn only if yours was the first account on your phone. A friend on a phone that another account used first, or on one of your own phones, does not count.
• We may change or end Refer and earn. Free pictures you have already earned stay in your wallet.

When you are not charged

• A picture that fails, or that our safety checks hold back, is not charged. The money or free picture goes back into your wallet automatically. If it ever doesn't, write to us and we will put it right.
• When the app offers Not right? Try again — free on a picture, that one retry is not charged if you make it within an hour.
• A request the app has already made is shown again from your phone, at no charge.

Refund and cancellation policy

Pictures

A picture is made the moment you confirm it, and its price is taken then. Once a picture has been made, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. If a picture fails, or our safety checks hold it back, its price (or your free picture) goes back into your wallet automatically, straight away. If it ever doesn't, write to us and we will put it right.

Money added to your wallet

Money you add is credit for AI pictures. It is not refundable once added, except in these cases:

• Duplicate payment. If you were charged more than once for one top-up, we refund the extra payment to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of confirming it.
• Failed payment. If money left your account but never reached your wallet, we refund it to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of confirming it, unless we can add it to your wallet and you agree to that.
• If you delete your account. Money you added and have not used is refunded to the original payment method if you ask us before you delete it. Free pictures are not refunded.
• If we shut Dress Style down. We will give you at least 30 days' notice and refund any unused balance to the original payment method, or another way if that is not possible.
• Where the law requires a refund.

When adding money through Google Play is available, you can also ask Google for a refund of money added that way, under Google Play's refund policy.

Cancellation

There is no subscription to cancel. You can stop using Dress Style at any time. If you delete your account, free pictures in your wallet are lost. Money you added and have not used can be refunded to the original payment method: write to us before you delete your account.

How to ask for a refund

Email hr@bak.co.in from the email address you sign in with. Include the payment ID or order number, the amount and the date. We reply within 2 working days.

Delivery (no shipping)

Dress Style is a digital service. Nothing is shipped or delivered by post. Money you add appears in your wallet as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within a few minutes. AI pictures appear in the app. If money you added does not show within an hour, write to hr@bak.co.in with the payment ID.

Changes to the service

• Dress Style needs an internet connection and services run by Google and others. It may sometimes be slow or unavailable.
• We may change, add or remove features. We may ask you to update the app before you can make pictures.
• If we stop a paid feature, we will treat your unused balance as the refund policy says.

What belongs to us

The Dress Style app, its software and design, and BAK's name and logo belong to BAK Private Limited. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use the app for as long as you follow these terms.

Our responsibility to you

• We work hard to keep Dress Style accurate and running, but we provide it "as is". As far as the law allows, we don't promise that it will be free of mistakes or interruptions, or that AI pictures and advice will be right for you.
• As far as the law allows, BAK is not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profits or data, or the cost of something you bought because of a preview or a suggestion.
• As far as the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the money you added to your wallet in the 3 months before the claim, or ₹1,000, whichever is more.
• Nothing in these terms limits a responsibility that the law does not let us limit, or your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
• If you break these terms or the law, for example by using someone's photo without their consent, and someone makes a claim against BAK because of it, you agree to cover BAK's reasonable costs.

Ending

You can stop using Dress Style and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or when the law requires it. The parts of these terms that by their nature should continue after an account ends (such as payments already made, responsibility and the law that applies) continue.

Law and disputes

• These terms are governed by the laws of India.
• If something goes wrong, please write to us first. We will try to put it right within 30 days.
• The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction over any dispute. This does not take away your right to approach a consumer commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top, and for important changes we tell you in the app before they take effect. If you keep using Dress Style after that, the new terms apply.
